i. Describe why it is important for a nurse to be aware of possible medication interactions, including both drug-drug and drug-food interactions.
ii. Describe the importance of obtaining accurate weight measurements in children before administering medications.
II. Describe a situation that you or a family member have experienced receiving a new medication prescription. Did a nurse address all areas within their role of educating a client about the medication as described in the lesson? Which areas did the nurse fail to address, if any? What are the risks to the client if the nurse failed to address any areas of the medication education within their role?
