a. Describe a situation in which you were highly motivated to do well. What motivated you? Why? How did you perform? (select an example from work if you can otherwise use situation from school or a team you were on...)
2. Describe a situation where you were no motivated at all... What was missing? Why weren't you motivated?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
