The Scientific Method
The scientific method is used by most people on a daily basis for solving ordinary problems.
Read the description of the steps involved in the scientific method.
Describe a situation in which you have used the steps of the scientific method to perform a task, answer a question or find the solution to a simple problem. Keep it simple, and test only one variable.
Be sure to identify the steps (observation, hypothesis, experiment, results, and conclusions). In your responses to each other, try to critique the experimental setup and help each other identify the parts of the process properly so that the results can be clearly interpreted.
