1. Describe a scenario where the operational users could cause a new system to fail. Do you think your scenario Is realistic? Couldn't the supervisory user simply mandate that the system be used?
2. When do you think the human interface issues should be discussed with the users? Early in the project? Late? What are the trade-offs?
