• Describe a person with whom you have worked who you believe is a leader.
• Only describe the person's behavior/traits and the situations in which you believe the person thrived. Do not characterize the person with respect to any leadership theory identified in the text; only describe what you observed that caused you to be willing to be influenced by that person. For instance, you can describe the way in which the person interacted with you or others that influenced your decision to choose that individual as the subject of your essay.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
