Write a 2 to 3 pages paper describing the application of Project Management Principles and Processes.
A. Find an article describing a health care program in a professional journal. This can be at the patient level, provider level, or institutional level.
B. Describe the program in terms of needs assessment, goals and objectives, implementation and evaluation. Include information describing whether you consider the program to be successful or not AND why. Make sure you describe the health care program from the journal article. This assignment is "application of Project Management Principles and Processes" - not an overview/definition of what they are.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
