Change is ongoing in every business as the marketplace continues to evolve. For this reason we need to understand a few areas of change and how to be successful in implementing Change Management.
2(a) Briefly, describe a couple of the reasons why people resist change. (Minimum 100 words)
2(b). Next, discuss some methods of Overcoming Resistance to Change. Why might these be helpful in increasing the chances for success in a planned change?(Minimum 100 words)
