Team Leadership/Management Style
• Part 1: Our textbook lists several frustrating aspects of teamwork. List and define the top three frustrating aspects. What can you do to make sure these three aspects do not impact your class team?
• Part 2: DeRue, Barnes, and Morgeson (2010) found that team leadership style effectiveness depended on the level of charisma exhibited by the leader.
o Define charisma.
o Identify and describe a charismatic leader with whom you have worked. Was she or he effective? Why?
