Assignment: General Psychology
Please do the following:
- Write a paper that includes the following:
a) description of what psychology is,
b) types of topics that are covered in psychology,
c) description of your future career and tasks involved in it, and
d) discussion of at least five concepts in the textbook that apply to your future career and detailed description of how they apply.
- Your paper must be at least 750 words in length (more is fine) in 12-point Times New Roman font (1" margins, double spaced; roughly 3 pages) and include in-text citations and a reference list on a separate page for all non-original information, including the textbook (any standard format will do; basic APA style information can be found at the link below).
- Save your paper as a Word or text or rich-text format or pdf file and submit it through Blackboard in the same window in which you accessed this assignment (see instructions there).

Your submission will be evaluated according to the following criteria:
- Content (i.e., What you say) = 20 points
- Addresses all assignment components
- Provides specific, relevant information and examples
- Demonstrates critical and reflective thinking
- Style (i.e., How you say it) = 5 points
- Conforms to stated length guidelines
- Is clear and well organized
- Is free of grammar errors
- Includes in-text citations and reference list as needed.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
