Problem
i. Significant experience working with people who are aged, frail, or disabled and/or relevant qualification or preparedness to undertake study in an appropriate course.
ii. Ability to contribute to the evaluation, development, and implementation of diversional therapy programs.
iii. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain a rapport with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds, including those with a disability, dementia, or cognitive/behavioural issues.
iv. Demonstrated competence and knowledge of personal and environmental care activities.
v. Ability to exercise initiative, independent judgement, and flexibility, and carry out safe working practices whilst working within a multidisciplinary team.
