Problem
A colleague of yours often turns up to work late, with a hang over, and with a poor attitude who clearly does not like the job. This person you believe has not only let the team down, but has created a lot of work for you because they do not contribute to the workload. The supervisor has not really addressed the issue and you feel a little bit of favouritism is taking place and feel that you are being treated unfairly. The customers have noticed your colleague sloppy appearance.
