Report and Presentation
Purpose: To allow students to demonstrate their ability to research, critically analyse trends and issues in creating and managing a learning organisation in Australia today.
Topic: A Learning Organisation
Task Details: you are to identify an organisation that is considered a Learning Organisation.

Report: you have to explain, using referenced theories and writings as support, why the organisation is in fact a Learning Organisation. You also need to identify the costs and benefits of the organisation's approaches to various stakeholders. The analysis and findings need to be formatted into a professionally presented report.
Research requirements: you need to support their analysis with support from the text and a minimum of 8 suitable, reliable, current and academically acceptable sources - this should include at least 4 academic journal articles.
Presentations: Using your report content, you are to present their analysis and findings/conclusions in a professional 10 (ten) minute oral presentation supported with appropriate visual aids e.g. a PowerPoint presentation of a suitable length.
