Project Assignment
The customer comes up to your Project Management company (you are the CEO and a Project Manager) with the request to make an urgent entertaining sports park for kids (3-10 years of age) in the open area of Gava beach as part of important urban development program. Note, that you can be provided with any help from the local authorities to finish the project on time (permissions, certifications, etc). Make up the project with the following characteristics:
1) Budget: 63000 euros
2) Deadline: June 1st, 2021
3) Technical characteristics: should be open spaces and closed spaces
4) Customer: Ayuntamiento of Gava
o In your proposal you have to use all material discussed in class, especially: making WBS list, showing AON networking for the time duration of the project, propose your resource management and demonstrate the resource implementation, cost management distribution (group time-resource-cost constrains of the project + Gantt chart), risk (RBS) and close/follow up aspects of the project.
o You should make references to real names (people, places, etc.) to elaborate your work. Be as creative as possible but control the budget and the deadline.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
