Problem
This paper is not theoretical nor is it a recap of the chapters covered in this class. Rather, it is a plan for your own professional development over a period of time in the future (using "the next five years" as a reference point is a good approach. There are six chapters to cover in all. The chapter topics to be covered are those in Module V as well as one more chapter of your own choosing (scroll down to see the chapters assigned). This paper is intended to be your plan for continuing professional growth in leadership and management, and/or managing your own career growth. Students must identify action steps, such as how they will apply information from the assigned chapters and a time frame for each of the steps, as well as how they will address areas needing improvement. The paper will demonstrate the individual application of the topics to personal growth plans rather than providing a recap of the chapter contents.
