Discussion Post: Project Management
Goal: You will design and plan a project based upon idea generated in task one. You will develop advanced skills to critically analyse information, choose a project management framework, conduct practical project planning and meet industry benchmarks in project management practice.
Product: Report Format: Individual report maximum 3000 words.
Criteria:
o Demonstrate knowledge of digital communication tools/ channels to present, share and communicate in a business context.
o Identify and evaluate appropriate digital tools/ channels for specific business purposes.
o Indicate effective communication using appropriate digital tools and channels using appropriate business language.
o Application of an advanced understanding of a project management framework, including recent developments to a project.
The response should include a reference list. One-inch margins, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space and APA style of writing and citations.
