Assignment Requirements
Submit a detailed outline (formal structure not required) that includes your preliminary thesis statement (a full sentence), your plan for the body paragraphs, and an end-of-text Works Consulted that includes MLA citations for all sources that you have consulted for this project.

This outline is not required to reflect any strict, formal outline format; however, you should follow the outline template carefully. Include all your argument's main points, and include an end-of-text MLA-style Works Consulted.
A well crafted outline will demonstrate focus through a detailed thesis statement that organizes the frame of the essay; include clear topic sentences that align to the thesis statement; showcase specific evidence to support the topic sentences; and document sources appropriately in MLA format with a Works Consulted page.
