Problem: IT & Tech Helping & Promoting Physically Activity & Wellness
Purpose: The research paper will require students to demonstrate a general understanding of the relationship between physical activity and health. Specifically, students will focus on a particular component of physical activity, fitness, or wellness, and be required to incorporate relevant literature and research findings into a comprehensive, well-written paper.

Topic Selection:
a) Every student in this course must have a unique research topic
b) You must submit your research topic to the instructor per the deadline provided in the class
c) You should submit THREE potential research topics and make clear which are your first choice, second choice, and third choice.
d) The instructor will confirm your research topic with you
e) Examples of potential topics are found on the last page of this document.
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
