You are working as a researcher with one of the leading banks in Oman The Bank aims to conduct a study to assess the customers satisfaction and their experience with the Bank services during the last 6 months. Your Director has requested you to conduct this study, to achieve this purpose you have to write a report which cover the following:
1. An explanation of the different data collection methods.
2. An assessment for each of these methods.
3. Which method you think is an appropriate for that study and why?
