Discussion: Enlightenment
Choose any " Enlightened " thinker of the period (ca. 1690- 1770) an American , or a major influence on America ideas/ ideals and (1) tell us why you consider them to be "enlightened", and (2) demonstrat your point with a specific example(s). Lastly, think broadly-it doesn't have to be just politic.
