Della Debtor (Debtor) owes money to Big Bucks Corporation (Big Bucks) for goods had and received. Big Bucks hired Coercive Collections (Coercive) as a debt collector to collect Big Bucks' debt from Debtor. Coercive's president, Upton O'Good (O'Good), having received no notice from Debtor or Debtor's employer that such a call would not be permitted, called Debtor at her work about her debt. During that phone call Debtor's employer told O'Good that he should not call Debtor at her work in the future. Despite the direction from Debtor, O'Good later called Debtor at work.
