II: Teaching and Nursing Plan:

Develop a teaching plan to aid in decreasing a family’s risk for the problems and complications associated with the high risk family.

Incorporate health promotion and health prevention measures for the community within the presentation.

III: Paper:

Should not be more than 3 papers, double-spaced, and in APA format.
