Suppose that you are cooking a dinner for a number of people. You only know how to cook one dish, and this requires you to buy 0.1 kg of meat plus 0.3 kg of potatoes for each person. (Assume you already have a plentiful supply of any other ingredients.) Define your own algebraic symbols for relevant unknown quantities and then write expressions for:

(a) the amount of meat you need to buy;

(b) the amount of potatoes you need to buy;

(c) your total shopping bill.
