Problem: Consider some of the reforms we have seen in the field of criminal justice, namely the over criminalization of certain crimes, mass incarceration, and bail reform. Define unintended consequences? What were the unintended consequences of some of these reforms? What could you do as a criminal justice supervisor to prevent unintended consequences?
