A. Define the terms of El and leadership effectiveness.
B. Research and critically analyze El and leadership effectiveness theory / models.
C. Assess the strengths/weakness of each theory [model and its underlying assumptions.
D. Identify the challenges faced by organizational leaders and the relevance of El to those challenges.
