Define the term “civil disobedience” and discuss how it approaches the topic of justice (outline some of the standard strengths and weaknesses of civil disobedience) using either Gandhi’s writings, or Martin Luther king jr’ s ” letter from Birmingham jail, explain why such pieces of civil disobedience. Do you support civil disobedience? Explain and defend your responses. Are there any current laws or practices that merit civil disobedience? Why or why not?
