1. Define the "Stateless Corporation" and give an opinion of what could be the nature of large MNCs in the next 25 years. How will this affect the way MNCs are run? Present your opinions, then make comments in a way that solicits class responses.
2. Explain the difference between a Shareholder in a company and a Stakeholder in a company. Give arguements in favor of, 1) managing a business for the benefit of only Shareholders, and 2) managing a business for the benefit of Stakeholders as well as Stockholders. Also, give arguements against, 1) managing a business for the benefit of only Shareholders, and 2) managing a business for the benefit of Stakeholders as well as Stockholders.
