You will identify a potential problem or opportunity for the Portfolio Project that you will develop in this course. In your initial post:
1. Define the problem statement that will be the focus of your study.
a. This problem or opportunity could be something industry specific that you have observed relevant to organizational leadership, or related to your workplace organization, community, professional organization, or social organization.
2. Discuss why you chose the topic and why you believe your topic is worthy of further research.
The response must include a reference list. Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, double-space, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
