Problem

Background: Mary is a marketing manager and she has been reviewing the latest sales reports after making changes to the latest campaign and sales are up! Mary wants to build on this success by launching a new campaign that will highlight the strengths of the company's product. Mary also wants to know about any product weaknesses because this will help guide the development of the new campaign messaging. The new campaign will target young adults aged 18-25 years of age in the GTA. Mary has hired you to develop a short seven-question survey to help her develop the message for the new campaign.

Instructions:

i. Define the business problem statement
ii. Define the research objective and three research questions
iii. Design a seven-question survey that addresses the research objective and questions.

The survey must include the following:

i. One ordinal question
ii. One open-ended question
iii. One semantic differential scale
iv. One matrix format question that gathers ratings on three products attributes.
