Define symptoms in Stomach and Mouth of pernicious anaemia?
Stomach: The cells which secrete acid and enzymes are atrophied. The gastric secretions are devoid of acid, pepsin and intrinsic factor (IF).
Mouth: Soreness and inflammation of the tongue are commonly observed.
