Assignment: Managerial Accounting
Prepare 8-10 slides(not including title and reference page) and you must have between 200 to 250 words speaker notes on each slide fully explaining the material on the slide.
Your boss recently attended an accounting seminar at which the balanced scorecard was discussed. He has asked you to prepare a presentation for the next manager's meeting about the balanced scorecard and how EEC might adopt it. In your presentation, you should complete the following:
1. Define the elements that might be presented in a balanced scorecard.
2. Explain how the elements will be used.
3. Make a recommendation of whether or not EEC should adopt the balanced scorecard.
4. If adopted, how might it improve the company?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
2. The response also include a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
