Define each value you chose from the card sort activities and what it means to you (p. 121). Write a sentence or two about each. You might describe how Who you are and What you have epitomizes each value; you might express surprise at a value that emerges.
Once you've identified your top ten personal values and your top ten desired work values, briefly explain what those values mean to you. Business Model You has a similar activity and even more words to choose from. On page 122 of your text, you'll find even more value terms-just in case something was missing in the card sorts.
