5. Mr. Gilbert arrives home each evening and finds his loyal dog, Buddy, standing on the porch waiting for him. Buddy even fetches the paper and Mr. Gilbert’s slippers when he sits down. Is this communication? 6. Robin has been interested in getting to know Lyn better. Finally, Robin calls and invites Lyn to dinner. Lyn responds, “Robin who?...Oh….well…uh… I have to go over to my parents’ house Friday night.” Robin wonders if Lyn’s family commitment was just another way of saying no.
