Define business ethics

Assignment:

Part One

After watching the two Elon Musk TED Talks (linked below) you will see that he has and continues to produce highly innovative products and ideas. From Tesla to Solar City to SpaceX to his new tunnel initiative 'The Boring Company' you will see that he functions on a high level. He takes ideas that to many are impossible and brings them to life, challenging the status quo. Provide your thoughts, reflections and answer the following:

1. What does a leader with visions such as Elon Musk have to be able to do to bring his huge ideas to life?

2. Most of histories greatest leaders never actually saw their ideas come to fruition. One can make the argument that the same will apply to Musk. What motivates Musk to continue these initiatives?

3. How can this information help you in your career as a manager and leader? (Hint: this is a reflection question. The answer shouldn't be so that one day you can manage people on mars, flying rockets, or work from your electric car in a tunnel :)
