Discussion Post: Race and Ethnic Relations- Theoretical Perspectives on Adaptation & Conflict
We examine theoretical perspectives on adaptation and conflict. Our objectives are to:
1) Define "assimilation" and "pluralism;"
2) Summarize and evaluate order theories; and
3) Summarize and evaluate power-conflict theories.
