Activity: Organizational Culture
WHY? To demonstrate how effectively you understand your organizational culture and the impact that it has on individuals.
Ask at least three colleagues, ideally from different departments and with varying levels of seniority and experience in the organization:
A. How they might concisely define and articulate the company's overall culture.?
B. Whether any common stories, symbols or heroes/villains are commonly referenced within the organization.??
C. Whether they feel their view would be widely shared.?
D. Whether the external image the organization projects is accurate.??
E. Whether people tend to leave for similar reasons.??
F. In what ways they feel the culture is diverse, equal and inclusive.
