Greenest Acres Seed Farm has developed a hybrid corn seed (code name: CS2017) able to tolerate diverse environmental conditions better than other seed varieties on the market. Although it will produce better yields than other varieties in difficult environments (e.g., too much rain or too little rain), during ideal conditions, CS2017 will produce poorer yields than other varieties. Greenest Acres will be conducting research with 1,000 farmers regarding CS2017.

Defend a management-research hierarchy for Greenest Acres. The management-research hierarchy must:
a) Defend a management question.
b) Justify research question(s).
c) Propose appropriate investigative questions.
