Explain and illustrate with examples how statistics is used in your organisation or an oryanisation of your choice and analyze how it has contributed to the organization’s decision making in areas of marketing, finance and human resource. You will need to give illustGtion on marketint strategy, financial statements and human resources expenditures and include the following topics in your discussion.

– Profitability Ratios

– Performance Appraisal

– Marketing Expenditures

The report should have three main sections:

– lntroduction: Very brief introduction to the company. Outline of the objective of the report with justification for the choice of issues to be analysed.

– Analysis: Evaluate the marketing, financial and human resource implications using statistical inferences and how the organisation is performing currently.

– Conclusions: Summarise the analysis, discuss how the organisation has use statistical analysis to make decisions on future groMh or plan of action.
