Include the details of the issue that thewhistleblowerreported and the effect of thewhistleblower'sactions on both thewhistleblowerhimself and the company.
Decide whether or not the whist leblowerwas justified in reporting the company's actions. Provide a rationale for your response.
Examine the extent to which the whist leblower would be protected, or not protected, under theSarbanes-OxleyAct. Justify your response either way and explain and identify SOX and its application.
