Problem: I need a reply for his discussion, add references and citations in APA 7th ed. format. No first-person language or pronouns. Please make sure that you write my reply to sound as I wrote it myself. Also make sure to add evidence to support my studies. Selecting the most appropriate style of data analysis in a qualitative study begins with a clear grasp of the objective of the study, research questions, and methodological orientation. Since qualitative designs are based on certain philosophical assumptions, the researcher needs to fit the analytic technique with the type of knowledge they are trying to produce. Creswell and Poth (2018) suggest that analysis is not a distinct phase but an extension of the design itself, which means that the analytic options of the researcher should come organically out of the selected strategy. A good place to start is by deciding what the researcher wants to know. For example, if the purpose is to study the nature of the participants' lived experiences, a phenomenological analysis would be appropriate, involving steps like horizontalization, grouping meaning units, and creating textural and structural descriptions. In contrast, if the researcher seeks to explain a social or behavioral process, grounded theory requires systematic coding processes such as initial, focused, and theoretical coding, to create a theory based on participants' activities (Charmaz, 2014).
