Daniel Goleman, Ph.D., is an author, psychologist, and science journalist specializing in psychology and brain sciences. Goleman developed the argument that E.I. (emotional intelligence) can matter as much as I.Q. for workplace success, and for leadership effectiveness. Emotional intelligence does not mean being emotional.
