Cyanotic Heart Disease
In this there is a communication between Pulmonary and systemic circulation through which venous blood enters the systemic circulatory system. The infant may present with cyanosis at birth or later during the first year of life. This group of disease include:
- Tetralogy of fallot
- Transposition of great vessels
- Aortic atresia
- Tricuspid atresia
- Ebstein anomaly
