Over the years, comprising 2011, Congress has passed some hate crime bills; though, this has not reduced the incidents of hate crimes directed toward the homosexual and lesbian population.
I am presently needing assistant with developing a Masters level Research and Proposal Statement regarding how present legislative action on hate crimes has not reduced the level of hate crimes against the homosexuals and lesbians.
