Current law requires that affirmative action programs(AAP) be eliminated once affirmative action goals have been achieved. Do you feel that a company that was discriminating against minorities for years, and implenemted a court order AAP, should be let "off-the-hook" so easily? Remember , the company has meet the affirmative action goals for hiring a diverse workforce and has met all requirements of the law. Consider how long you want the government involved in the company?
