Perform research on current Professional Development Opportunities for individuals to enhance their skills and increase their marketability as an analyst. Identify at least three organizations that provide relevant training to current or future crime analysts or intelligence analysts and the training provided. Examples are The International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA), ALPHA Group Center for Crime and Intelligence Analysis Training, and others.
Make a tri-fold brochure (two-sided) with information about the crime analysis and intelligence analysis professional development. Include the following information: images, resources for employment information, degree requirements, required technical skills, required certifications, required experience, preferred degree/technical skills/certifications/experience, organizations offering professional development and courses they offer, resources for additional information, and references.
