Critically evaluate different approaches to quality management and quality certification, and determine historical trends in their development. Evaluate quality initiatives and ethical practices and discuss their impact on delivery across the organisation. To fully address the learning outcomes you would be expected to discuss in detail, how to effectively embed quality into an organisation and determine the impact of IT service provision. It will consist of an in-depth study of specific papers both academic and practitioner to draw out the ethical, security and change elements that will affect an organsation and its quality practices. The report for this assessment will be in the form of a research document, fully referenced in the Harvard notation.You will need to consider an appropriate title for this piece of work for example, ‘Perceptions of quality over time - how can historical lessons be learnt when trying to embed continual service improvement? ‘
