2. Managers play dual roles (Sally Bibb). They are expected to behave ethically, and they should be responsible for making sure that those they manage also do the right thing. In order to ensure that those they manage do the right thing, managers develop and introduce to their employees a Code of Conduct. By assuming the role of a manager, develop a Code of Conduct for an organization of your Choice (eg. A humanitarian organization, such as UNHCR or IT Solutions Company). While developing the Code of Conduct, you need to demonstrate critical cognizance of real ethical issues which modern workplaces are facing today.
