Aim:

Critically analysis the Toys "R" Us' existing marketing strategies and positioning to identify the limitation of the current retail challenging and the competitive advantage

You are acting as an external consultation team, and try to sell ToysRUs in Hong Kong to adopt their proposal on how to expand the market share and improve on sales.

Student would be taken the part of analysis secondary data analysis and his other two groupmates would be taken the part of primary data analysis.

Objectives:
- Analyze and evaluate current market position and strategies in Hong Kong of Toys "R" Us and others competitor then define the limitation and advantage

- Identify the consumer buying behavior of toys (offline / online) to find out current competitive advantage.

- Conduct Primary research by face to face interviews with marketing staff from Toys "R" Us Hong Kong and other Toys supplier to understand the current and future market trend and different company strategies
