Introduction
The aim of the individual assignment is to develop your skills in communicatingabout how organisations can define performance. You will prepare areport explaining and justifying how we could define ‘performance' or ‘success' for one organisation (you have a choice of 10 listed in this guide).Also to develop your written communication skills, you will engage in a drafting, analysis and self-evaluation exercise. The aim is to help you learn how to turn the rough ideas you have in your draft into a high quality, professional-grade final report. In this way, this assignment assesses both the quality of your final report and your process in producing it.
