Project management is a critical tool in increasing the success of projects. A successful project meets all three of the triple constraints (Time, Schedule and Quality/Scope). Many of us are familiar projects that have failed.
Question 1. Describe a project that you are personally familiar with that has failed to any degree. Describe the reasons that you believe the project failed and what, in hind -site, could you have done to stave off issues.
