(a) What do you understand by the term group dynamics?

(b) Identify and describe the major constituents of this procedure.

(c) What are the characteristics of effective groups in relation to the aspects you have described?

(i) Taking you as an instance, discuss why people join groups.

(ii) Describe how the group has helped you, as an individual, as a member of group, and as a member of an organisation.

Question 6:

(a) Define leadership, and illustrate two of the leadership theories best known to you.

(b) As a manager, which leadership style do you use with your subordinates? Explain the disadvantages or advantages of this style.
